Brad Murr

As the Managing Partner at MPV Properties, LLC, Brad oversees developers, brokers, property management, investment sales, and operations. He manages client relationships and the day-to-day activities of the operating entity. Brad is passionate about education, men's health and well-being, family, and affordable housing. He is actively involved in faith and community initiatives, including West Blvd Ministry, Charlotte Rescue Mission, Elevation Church, The Bridge Foundation (scholarship), a family scholarship at UNC, F3, CMPD, Communities in Schools, and Roof Above.

Brad has been married to his wife Alli for 26 years, and they have four daughters: Mason (22), Carter (21), Tatum (18), and Baylor (14). Two of their daughters are in college, and two are in high school locally. The family has lived in the Deering Oaks neighborhood for 23 years and has a golden retriever and two English bulldogs. Brad was born and raised in Charlotte and moved back in 1997 after three years in Colorado. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill. Brad loves Charlotte for its generous and philanthropic people, geographic location, promising future, spiritual strength, and can-do attitude. He enjoys UNC Tarheel sports (hoops, football, women’s field hockey and soccer), running, hiking, biking, golf, skiing, travel, and working out with friends. Brad is excited to be part of KSuite, enthusiastic about the future of Charlotte, and eager to get to know the men of KSuite more intimately.
