Dion Woods

Dion manages a sales and service team at Allspring Global Investments, overseeing the strategic vision of the DIME Program. He is deeply passionate about financial education, equity, and social justice. As a member of Elevation Church, Dion actively participates in his faith community. He is dedicated to promoting equity and financial education, using his professional platform to drive positive social change.

Dion has been married for 31 years and has two adult children, ages 23 and 25. He moved to Charlotte 8 years ago from Richmond, VA. Dion attended Syracuse University and is originally from Springfield, MA. He loves the diversity of Charlotte and enjoys traveling and reading. Despite the challenges, he remains a devoted NY Jets fan. Dion is passionate about his work and the causes he supports, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to all his endeavors.
