Jim Dunn

Jim has full P&L responsibility for all divisions in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, overseeing approximately $200M in revenue and 700 employees. He is deeply committed to trust, integrity, communication, and transparency, aligning his actions with his faith. Jim and USI are passionate about giving back to the community, supporting employees with PTO and resources for charitable activities. In Charlotte, Jim participates in various community service initiatives, including the Charlotte Rescue Mission, Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, Roof Above, Friendship Trays, Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation, Alexander Youth Network, Home Again Foundation, RYZAbove Fitness, Crisis Assistance Ministry, The Greens at Cabarrus, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.

Jim has been married to Robyn for 32 years and they have three children: Audrey, 24, who lives in Denver, Colorado and is a Georgia graduate; and twins Anna and Brady, both 19 and freshmen at Auburn and Tennessee, respectively. Originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, Jim graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Finance. After living in Tampa, Florida for 32 years, Jim moved to Charlotte in 2017. He appreciates the authentic, welcoming, faith-based community, the beautiful neighborhoods with wildlife and green spaces, and the perfect balance of seasons in Charlotte. Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, hiking, resistance training, wake surfing, and snow skiing. He is a fan of the West Virginia Mountaineers and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
