Tim Liescheidt, PE

Tim is directly involved in the day-to-day operations of CF Steel LLC and Advant Steel LLC, ensuring the companies are set up for long-term success with decreasing personal participation. He is passionate about helping the underserved and those who struggle to help themselves, believing in recognizing potential in individuals who may not see it in themselves or have difficulty acting on it. Tim is committed to providing avenues for these individuals to realize their potential. He is also involved with Elevation Church, reflecting his commitment to faith and community.

Tim has been married to Chrissy Liescheidt for 9 years. He has a son, Isaac, age 24, a daughter, Abigail, age 22, a step-daughter, Arlynn, age 12, and a foster daughter, Ari, age 2.5, whom they have been blessed to have since her birth. Tim has lived in Charlotte for 23 years and appreciates the proximity to the mountains, the small-town feel without being too far from the city, and the friendly and inviting nature of the people compared to his native St. Louis. He values the welcoming community and the balance Charlotte offers between urban and rural experiences.
